Terms & Conditions for Event Bookings
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed upon payment and issuance of an official receipt. At that point, these Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply and be binding on the Client.
- The Client agrees to comply with all terms outlined herein upon confirmation of the booking.
Payment Terms
- A deposit or initial retainer may be required to secure the booking date, unless otherwise stated.
- For events scheduled within fourteen (14) days from the booking date, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
- All payments must be made via approved payment methods and in accordance with the agreed pricing.
Outstanding Balances
- Where part payment is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid no later than the event date.
- The Client remains fully liable for the full booking amount regardless of cancellation, postponement, or non-attendance for any reason.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the event date are strictly non-refundable. Full payment will be forfeited upon cancellation.
- For bookings made earlier than fourteen (14) days, any deposit or retainer paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Where only partial payment has been made, the Client is still obligated to pay the full agreed booking amount upon cancellation, regardless of the reason.
Management Discretion
- All refunds, if any, are strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of Management.
- Management reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request and determine the amount to be refunded.
- No refund shall be deemed due unless explicitly approved in writing by Management.
Rescheduling
- Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
- Management is under no obligation to approve any rescheduling request.
- Approved rescheduling may be subject to additional fees and revised pricing.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for ensuring timely payments, providing accurate event details, and complying with venue rules.
- Any additional costs arising from changes, delays, or non-compliance will be borne by the Client.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for client cancellations, no-shows, or external factors beyond reasonable control.
Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control.
- Any relief shall be determined at Management’s discretion.
Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any variations must be confirmed in writing by Management.
Governing Principle
- These Terms and Conditions are binding upon confirmation of booking.
- By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
