Terms & Conditions for Event Bookings

Booking Confirmation

  1. A booking is confirmed upon payment and issuance of an official receipt. At that point, these Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply and be binding on the Client.
  2. The Client agrees to comply with all terms outlined herein upon confirmation of the booking.

Payment Terms

  1. A deposit or initial retainer may be required to secure the booking date, unless otherwise stated.
  2. For events scheduled within fourteen (14) days from the booking date, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
  3. All payments must be made via approved payment methods and in accordance with the agreed pricing.

Outstanding Balances

  1. Where part payment is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid no later than the event date.
  2. The Client remains fully liable for the full booking amount regardless of cancellation, postponement, or non-attendance for any reason.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

  1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  2. Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the event date are strictly non-refundable. Full payment will be forfeited upon cancellation.
  3. For bookings made earlier than fourteen (14) days, any deposit or retainer paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Where only partial payment has been made, the Client is still obligated to pay the full agreed booking amount upon cancellation, regardless of the reason.

Management Discretion

  1. All refunds, if any, are strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of Management.
  2. Management reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request and determine the amount to be refunded.
  3. No refund shall be deemed due unless explicitly approved in writing by Management.

Rescheduling

  1. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
  2. Management is under no obligation to approve any rescheduling request.
  3. Approved rescheduling may be subject to additional fees and revised pricing.

Client Responsibilities

  1. The Client is responsible for ensuring timely payments, providing accurate event details, and complying with venue rules.
  2. Any additional costs arising from changes, delays, or non-compliance will be borne by the Client.

Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for client cancellations, no-shows, or external factors beyond reasonable control.

Force Majeure

  1. Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control.
  2. Any relief shall be determined at Management’s discretion.

Amendments

  1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. Any variations must be confirmed in writing by Management.

Governing Principle

  1. These Terms and Conditions are binding upon confirmation of booking.
  2. By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
